Milagu Indian Cuisine – Authentic Southern Indian Flavors & Catering in Plainville, CT

We detoured on our way back from Bradley Airport when we saw a five star Indian restaurant listed. It’s an informal little place with an outdoor terrace that we sat at. It seems to be a husband and wife team from Southern India in Chennai. They are very nice and the food was absolutely delicious with great sauces. The prices are reasonable and we highly recommend this restaurant and can’t wait till we’re in the area again.

This was our first time here and the food was amazing! We had the samosa and chicken tikka masala (medium) and it was great! Great Indian food for a great price!

We recently catered from Milagu for a party and we are so glad we did! The staff were very helpful, helped us customize the menu, and were prompt in delivering the food. The food quality and quantity were so good, we got many compliments from our guests. Thank you Milagu team!

Tried their Ghee Biryani with Goat, and it was one of the best I've had in a while. It seems like the restaurant is either newly opened or recently relaunched. So far, the experience — especially with their biryani — has been excellent.

We ordered vegetarian catering for 100+ people for our house warming party, and overall the experience was outstanding. The food quality was excellent,fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Every dish was perfectly balanced in taste, and the presentation was impressive. Portions were generous, and everything was delivered right on time. Our guests truly enjoyed the meal, and many even complimented us on the choice of caterer. It was clear that attention to detail and care went into every aspect of the catering. A reliable and highly recommended choice for any large gathering or special occasion.

Delicious food. Tandoori chicken was average. Methi Chaman was delicious. Wish they started the dosas. Definitely wish them good luck.

We catered for a party of 20. The owner and staff were very accommodating to our request and worked with us to develop a menu that had sufficient food for all our guests! The food was incredible! We highly recommend the indo Chinese food! It was so flavorful and the spices and taste were very authentic! Overall great food and catering experience, would highly recommend!

first time getting indian food and it was fire. i got paneer butter masala and my dad got chicken tikka masala ofc, we shared plain naan. so so good, big servings we had to take a lot home. super kind owner and workers although they were very busy with take out catering. if you want a small chill place with amazing food, this place is perfect i recommend a lot!!
